Since it is the beginning of the year, I have decided to go ahead and make a lifestyle change for myself….eating healthier, getting exercise….making sure I am getting enough time for me. The new me! I am reading some personal development books (starting with The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey), getting more sleep in, and making more time for my family.
I will start posting some healthier recipes for you all, maybe some workout videos that I am following, and together we can be the better version of ourselves that we are striving to be. I have lost 8 pounds since I started this journey about a month ago, and I am so excited! I am excited for the next year, the new challenges I am going to face, the new goals I am setting and am excited to reach them.
